

Conference Frequently Asked Questions
1. When and where is the conference taking place?
The conference will be held at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, Chicago, IL, on September 5-6, 2025.
2. Who should attend the conference?
Healthcare providers specializing in rheumatology and medical technology, including physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), researchers, fellows, and residents.

Final registration closes August 29, 2025.
3. What is included with my registration?
Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, meals, CME/CE credits, the exhibit hall, and networking receptions.
4. Is the conference available virtually or in-person only?
The conference is in-person only.
5. Are meals provided during the conference?
Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided on both Friday and Saturday. Additionally, all attendees are invited to the welcome reception dinner on Friday evening.
6. How do I book a hotel room at the conference rate?
You can reserve your room at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown and view venue details here, or book directly using this link.
7. Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, valet parking is available at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown with daily rates of $84 overnight , $54 for 0-2 hours, $64 for 2-8 hours, and $74 for 8-12 hours.
Additionally, off-site parking is available at Theatre District Self-Park, just 0.3 miles from the hotel.
Please note that Overnight fee is valid until 12:00 PM on check out day. Any time past 12:00 PM will be billed at an additional $10.00 per hour. Valet parking only with in/out privileges included in fee. Large SUVs and other oversized vehicles are not allowed.
8. What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations must be emailed to info@rheumtechsympo.com by August 22, 2025, and are subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. If the course is canceled or rescheduled, a full refund will be provided.
9. How do I claim my CME/CE certificate?
Details on how to claim your CME/CE credits will be provided during the event. Our staff will be available at the registration desk to assist you.
10. Is there a conference app?
Yes! A dedicated conference app will be available. Information and instructions will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event.
11. Will the conference be recorded?
Yes, plenary sessions will be recorded and available for viewing on www.rheumtechsympo.com in early October 2025.
12. What is the dress code?
Business casual or smart casual attire is recommended. We suggest bringing a sweater or cardigan, as meeting room temperatures may vary.
